Recycled and perforated finishes are available on any BOSA CUPS mould — removable, shaped, or push-up. The construction stays the same; only the outer covering fabric changes.
100% Recycled Polyester
The outer covering is 100% recycled polyester, available in two finishes: flat (standard) or perforated for increased breathability.
Built-In Airflow
Any cup in our range can be produced with a perforated recycled-polyester covering to increase air permeability — ideal for sportswear and high-movement garments.
A Technical Material, Not a Stock Item
Recycled and perforated fabrics are technical materials, not a standard stock item — this is reflected in the price. These cups can be paired with bio-foam cores for a fully sustainable construction, and are laminated using one of the industry's most environmentally- and health-conscious solvent-free hotmelt systems.
