About BOSA CUPS

BOSA Cups is a development and production partner specialized in bra cups and laminated textile components.
In our 1300 m² manufacturing facility, we operate 90 moulding machines, a hotmelt lamination line, and 6 cutting stations, with a monthly production capacity of 200,000 – 300,000 bra cups.

With more than 25 years of experience in lingerie components, we have supported many brands worldwide in product development and manufacturing. Over the years, we have collaborated with a wide range of companies in the industry and continue to supply established international brands.

Our warehouse in Italy allows us to offer fast delivery and efficient communication for European customers, supporting both logistics and market responsiveness.

We closely follow innovations in materials and production technologies, continuously improving our development capabilities. For custom projects, we can provide finished moulded samples within approximately 10 days, enabling fast product development cycles.

Our production is supported by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification, ensuring that our materials comply with internationally recognized safety standards for textiles and skin contact products.

In line with sustainability goals, we actively work with recycled and responsible material options and continue to develop our production structure according to ESG principles, with a clear roadmap for continuous improvement.
